Rules & Resolution Policy
How results are decided, what happens if something goes wrong, and how prizes are paid. These rules sit alongside our Terms of Use.
1. How markets resolve
- Every market states its question, its closing time and the source used to decide the result. You can see these on the market's Rules tab before you trade.
- When the event is over, the result is checked against the stated source and the market is settled. Yes shares pay 1.00 each if the answer is Yes; No shares pay 1.00 each if the answer is No. The losing side pays nothing.
- If the stated source is unavailable or unclear, the result is decided by our resolution team using other reliable, public sources, and the reasoning is published on the market page.
2. When results are settled
- We aim to settle markets and draws within 72 hours of the event ending. Some events need longer, for example when official results are delayed or under review.
- Winnings are credited to your Eeny Meeny Miny Moe wallet as soon as a market or draw is settled.
3. Disputing a result
- If you believe a result is wrong, contact us within 7 days of settlement through the Contact page. Include the market or ticket and why you think the result is wrong.
- Disputes are reviewed by a member of the resolution team who did not make the original decision. We reply with the decision and the reasoning.
- If a result is corrected, affected positions and tickets are re-settled and the correction is noted publicly on the market page.
4. Cancelled or voided events
- If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond its closing date, or cannot be resolved fairly, the market is voided and trades are refunded at the price paid.
- In a Prediction Lottery draw, a voided event counts as correct on every ticket, so everyone needs one fewer correct pick for each prize. If more than 2 of a draw's 7 events are voided, the draw is cancelled and every ticket is refunded in full, including the fee.
5. Prediction Lottery (the Slate)
- Each Slate has 7 real-world events. A ticket has one outcome picked for each event.
- Every ticket has one fixed price, shown before you pay. Your picks don't change the price. Buying 2, 5 or 10 entries multiplies the price and your share of any prize.
- Tickets can only be bought while a Slate is open. Entries close at the Slate's closing time.
- 45% of ticket sales covers running the platform and 55% is prize money. Match 4, 5 or 6 to share 5%, 10% or 20% of that week's prize money, split equally per entry.
- The rest of the prize money builds the Grand Jackpot, which is funded only by tickets: nothing is added or guaranteed by EMMM. It grows to a maximum of USDT 50,000; above that, the extra goes to the weekly prizes.
- Match all 7 in any weekly Slate to qualify for the Grand Jackpot. It is paid twice a year, at the end of June and December, and shared equally between every 7/7 entry from that half-year. If nobody qualifies, it rolls over to the next half-year.
- Weekly prize money that nobody wins is kept for players: it is added to the jackpot, or to next week's prizes when the jackpot is full. Results and winners of every draw are published on the Jackpot page.
6. Eligibility and fair play
- You must be legally allowed to use prediction markets and digital-asset services where you live. We may restrict access in some locations.
- Accounts involved in fraud, market manipulation, or use of non-public information may be suspended and their winnings withheld while we investigate.
- Play responsibly: only use money you can afford to lose.
